Meet the Team

Our Team is made up and supported by a diverse and accomplished group of professionals. These individuals give us the confidence and skills needed to help you train and build up your team through safety skills & protocols as well as organizational & leadership guidance.

Dee Sharma, BSc-M, CPHR, SHRM-SCP, Provincial Instructors DiplomaPrincipal and Managing Director

Dee Sharma brings 20+ years of strategic experience within human resources, employer governance, safety, learning and development, and internal communications. He is a passionate advocate for organizational success and people and culture development through the strategic design of HR programs, practices, training, and continuous improvement. This has led organizations to achieve sustained and positive employee engagement, resulting in successful Employer of Choice awards and recognition. Dee is often called upon for speaking engagements and presentations, most recently at the annual CPHR (BC/Yukon) conference.

A passionate advocate for community engagement, Dee served 11 years as an auxiliary peace officer with Canada’s National Police force and over 15 years as a Victim Services volunteer. Doing “the right thing for the right reasons” drives Dee and his team to continued success.

Stephen Hall, CRSP, EMBAOH&S Advisory Council member

Steve serves as our OH&S Advisory team member, providing 20+ years of OH&S expertise to help shape and deliver accurate, quality safety programs for our clients.
Steve Hall holds a Canadian Registered Safety Professional (CRSP) designation, an executive MBA, a Risk Management certificate, and various Health and Safety related programs. He is currently working on a Law Degree.

Steve Hall is currently the Environment, Health, and Safety Director for a large Federally regulated organization. Steve believes that for an organization to have an excellent safety culture that transformational leadership must exist throughout. His experience has given him the unique ability to move from engagement in the field to strategic planning in the boardroom and has helped him emerge as a leader in OH&S.

Lisa Chong, BA, CPHR, SHRM-SCP, 
Adult Education Certified 
Learning and Development Advisory Council Member

Lisa is a firm believer that when an organization hires the right talent, develops its workforce, and fosters a diverse, open, and engaging environment, this investment will result in a strong competitive advantage and the achievement of business objectives.

Lisa’s 15+ years of HR, Labour Relations, Performance Management, Systems implementation, and Adult Education experience offers the Trimark team guidance on complex matters of Human Resources, Learning & Organizational Development, and Change Management leadership. Lisa’s experience enables Trimark to align strategic people processes with operational and business objectives.

She is a hands on expert communicator that thrives in fast-paced environments and is dedicated to continuous learning.

Barbara Bremner, CPHR-C, CDP, BAHR Advisor

Barbara is a multi-talented HR professional with 20 years of experience contributing to people operations, HR documentation and workflows, member services, conference planning, and employee communications. Barbara’s industry experiences include telecommunications, transportation, tourism, post-secondary education, and social services.
Barbara is a keen problem solver and prides herself on developing employees and assisting employers with strong organizational governance and streamlined processes to enable scalable growth.

Barbara completed her HR Management Certificate from BCIT in 2020, is working towards her CPHR Designation, and is a designated Career Development Practice (CDP) practitioner with a Bachelor of Arts from UVIC. Barbara is a former volunteer with the Mission Community Foundation and the Scholarship and Bursary Committee. She is continually inspired by the accomplishments and aspirations of youth pursuing post-secondary education.

Aditya (Adi) Soni, BBA (Hons.)
HR Generalist

Adi is a rising star and has progressed quickly within his HR Generalist portfolio. Adi offers three (3) years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, learning management system administration, employee benefits, employer branding, and process improvement.

Adi completed his undergraduate from Simon Fraser University's Beedie School of Business with Honours in Business Administration (Dean’s list), concentrating on Human Resource Management and Marketing. Adi has worked with enterprise, mid and smaller organizations to build new programs and initiatives. His work with YVR strengthens the airport's commitment to the Indigenous community and the associated recruitment and training practices.
